Reflections on journeying with congregations through conflict and change

Betty Pries has been working as a mediator, facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant for the past twenty years, with a focus on supporting the health of congregations and  their leaders. She cooperates with a group of church consultants (www.arcministries.ca) and maintains her own practice for nonchurch disputes (www.bettypries.ca). Shelives in Waterloo, Ontario, with her husband and three children.
