This faculty spotlight follows Dr. Michelle Solik’s transition into undergraduate medical education and her first year at WCOM. She reflects on how prior experiences in residency leadership and clinical teaching shaped her learner-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, relationship-building, and helping students grow into thoughtful, confident physicians.
