The place of confession in restorative justice

Janet P. Schmidt has worked in the conflict resolution field for the last fifteen years. She has mediated hundreds of conflicts in church, workplace, and criminal justice contexts. Janet is a trainer in the public, private, and not for profit sectors and lectures sessionally at Menno Simons College and the University of Manitoba. In the late ’90s, she taught for three years in Africa with Mennonite Central Committee. She is currently focusing on workplace intervention and training in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
